At our Foundry Shop, we prioritize efficient material handling to ensure smooth and streamlined operations. With our robust material handling capabilities, we can effectively manage the movement and transportation of materials within the facility.
To facilitate seamless handling of heavy loads, we have a 2-ton capacity E.O.T. (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane. This crane is equipped with advanced features, including precise control systems, to safely and efficiently lift and transport materials throughout the Foundry Shop. Our skilled operators ensure the smooth operation of the crane, adhering to strict safety protocols.
In addition to the E.O.T. Crane, we have four Tea-Spout Pouring ladles, each with a capacity of 300kg. These ladles are specifically designed for pouring molten metal into molds, providing a controlled and accurate pouring process. With the Tea-Spout Pouring ladles, we can handle the transfer of molten metal with precision, minimizing the risk of spillage or wastage.
Furthermore, we maintain two Heat Treatment ladles, each with a capacity of 500kg. These ladles are dedicated to the heat treatment process, ensuring the proper treatment and conditioning of castings for enhanced mechanical properties. Our skilled operators handle the ladles with utmost care, ensuring the precise and controlled transfer of castings during the heat treatment phase.
By utilizing advanced material handling equipment such as the E.O.T. Crane, Tea-Spout Pouring ladles, and Heat Treatment ladles, we can effectively manage the flow of materials and castings within our Foundry Shop.
